Privacy and terms of enquiry
Who we are
Century Works is a service of Century Fasteners L.L.C., P.O. Box 377127, Al Qusais, Dubai, UAE. Quotations, orders and invoices are issued by Century Fasteners L.L.C..
What we collect
When you send a quote request we collect the details you type: your name, company, phone, email and the description of what you need. We use them only to reply to you and to prepare your quotation and order. We do not sell them.
Who sees it
Your request is stored in our own business system and seen by staff who prepare quotations. If a job goes to a partner workshop, we share only what the workshop needs to do the work, such as sizes, grades and quantities.
Your drawings
Drawings and files you send us are used for your job only and shared only with the partner who needs them to carry it out.
Contact preferences
We will reply to your enquiry by the route you used. We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Terms of an enquiry
A quote request is not an order. Prices, specifications, finishes and delivery dates are agreed in writing for each job at quotation.
